Levels

Go In One Level
If a page has sub navigation, then you can go in a level. By doing that you will be able to see and edit the sub nav pages. This is also where you can change the page titles if you want to.

Go Back One Level
This takes you back a page.

Rearrange Navigation
Click and drag the different pages to rearrange your navigation on the website.

Versions

Select Page Version
The three numbers represent how many revisions you can go back to. If you make an edit to a page, save it, and then close it and realise that you made a mistake, you can select one of these revisions and it will take you back to the last time you logged in. When you click on it, it will have a final Make Changes button. Once you commit to the changes, you cannot go back, so make sure you want to make the changes.

Actions

Edit Page Details
This is where you change the settings for the page. So if you want to change the text that shows up on the tab, this is where you will do it.

Edit Page Contents
The blue box is the icon that you will use the most. This action is where you will edit content and insert images into your site. This is where most of the changes will happen.

Inline Editor
If you do not have the option to edit the page contents, then you have the inline editor.

Edit Side Page Order
If you have a sidebar or nav on the side, this is where you can move them around and change the link text.

Duplicate
By clicking this, you will duplicate the page and all the contents. This can be easier than creating a new page because you will not be starting with a blank page.

Make Offline/Online
If you use this action, it will allow you to be able to make edits to the page and no one will see it. It will pull the page down from the live site, but will still be here in the CMS. So, if you have an event or something you want to promote, you can make a page in the CMS and add the content, images, and text and save it. Then when you are ready to make the page live, you can make the page online and then people will see the page.

Deactivate
Deactivating a page will not delete it, but it means that you will not be able to edit the page either. It will pull the page off the main list.

Table
You can insert tables into your content area. Clicking on the button will bring up a pop up window that will have setting for the table. Here you can select how many row, columns, and size of the table. When you have clicked okay, it will insert the table where your cursor is.

This will insert a thin line all the way across the page based on where your cursor is.

Creating URL and Email Links

An anchor is a link that you can attach anywhere on the page. On some pages you see the “back to top” link. They attached an anchor to the top of the page so every time you click on the link it goes to the top. The biggest difference between an link and an anchor is that a link goes to a completely different page and an anchor links somewhere in the same page.
