How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Point your browser to https://portal.cws.net/ and log in with your email and password that you set up with the invite.

  2. On the dashboard page, click the "create new ticket" link.

  3. Fill in the support ticket information and click the "create ticket" button.

  4. Open support tickets will be listed on the dashboard page. To go back to closed support tickets, click the "closed tickets" tab.
