How to Submit a Ticket
- Point your browser to https://portal.cws.net/ and log in with your email and password that you set up with the invite.
- On the dashboard page, click the "create new ticket" link.
- Fill in the support ticket information and click the "create ticket" button.
- Open support tickets will be listed on the dashboard page. To go back to closed support tickets, click the "closed tickets" tab.
