When using the webmail.cws.net interface, it lists my email address as username@.SYNTAX-ERROR. How do I fix this?

When
                            using the webmail.cws.net interface, it lists my
                            email address as username@.SYNTAX-ERROR. How do I
                      fix this?

After you login to the webmail interface, click on the "Options" button. In the options area, follow the "Personal Information" link. Edit your "default identity" settings, being sure to include your full email address. Click Save and you won't have the problem again.
