How do I configure my email accounts?
Configuring your email accounts are easy with your online control panel. You can access your control panel by going to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/stats

To log in, you will need to use your userid and password. This is the same information you would use to log into your account via ftp. After you log into your account, click on the Service Info button. Once you are in the service section, you will see a list of the services you have with CWS. Click on the userid of your hosting account.

You will see a list of service information for that hosting account including email accounts, email forwarding, and autoreponders. Click on the Update Info button on the bottom of the screen.

You can edit any of the fields you are presented by simply changing the information.

There are a few things to remember when setting up or changing POP accounts. First, you should choose a unique login and password for your POP account. As a general rule, the more unique your login information is, the more secure your POP account will be. Second, your login and password cannot be more that 8 characters. Finally, when you choose an email address, choose one that you can use for a while. If you change your email information often mail can become mis-routed.

NOTE: All changes made in the control panel are queued and completed durring the next server update. Please allow 12 hours for all changes to take effect.
